For an event with more than 5,000 participants or the number of participants is more than 50% of room capacity (including ※1 and ※2), the organizer must do an “infection prevention and safety plan” which describes specific infection prevention measures and submit it to Osaka Prefecture.
Therefore, it is possible to organize the event with the maximum number of people up to the number of room capacity and reach a 100% occupancy rate.
An event that doesn’t require an “infection prevention and safety plan”, must create an “infection prevention checklist” that describes infection prevention measures, etc., and you have to publish this list on the event website and at the venue, etc.
In addition, the event was carried out before the event “More than 1,000 people joined or followed the movement nationwide”.
From December 1, 2021, there is no need to communicate with Osaka Prefecture in advance.
※1 In case the number of participants cannot be known in advance, the organizers will estimate the number of participants to be over 5,000
※2 When it is desirable to hold an event where the distance between people does not touch each other in case the capacity is not established.
