Large reductions due to partial cancellation of summer events

ATC Hall’s use rate this year has dropped significantly from the previous year of 49% due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. In particular, the cancellation of some events from July to September, the peak period of thermal energy consumption, has greatly reduced the amount of thermal energy consumed.
