Conference Room Cancellation Fee

The cancellation after submitting the using application form, a cancellation fee will be charged as the following % of the meeting room standard usage fee.

■When the meeting room standard usage fee exceeds 200,000 yen excluding tax. Or in the case of using ATC Hall interlocking
